We offer two types of auction:

* Traditional Live Auction

* Modern Method of Auction

Traditional Live Auction

The traditional live auction is when the property is advertised for a period of time and then the auction is run on a specific date and time in front of a group of potential buyers. The buyers will place bids and the highest bidder will be the successful buyer as long as the reserve is met. The buyer will exchange contracts with a 10% deposit on the same day.

Modern Method of Auction

The modern method of auction allows us to start advertising your property straight away and run a 30-day auction.  The potential buyers will view the property and register online to place bids. Buyers will bid throughout the auction process which will end a on a specified date. The successful buyer will pay a non-refundable deposit and have a further 15-30 days to complete the purchase. Our modern method of auction is ran directly on this site in conjunction with SDL auctions.
